What’s involved with the Estate Sale Process?
Firstly, no two homes are the same. Some homes have been lived in for decades, and have a lot of accumulation.
After an initial consultation, we might have to clean up up, removing trash, broken or unsellable items by donating or recycling those items beforehand.
- Once we get the house cleaned up, then we proceed with the Estate Sale set-up.
- We empty all cupboards, closets, and drawers, clean all products, organize, merchandise, and stage the home to create a boutique-style sale.
