What’s involved with the Estate Sale Process?

Firstly, no two homes are the same. Some homes have been lived in for decades, and have a lot of accumulation.

After an initial consultation, we might have to clean up up, removing trash, broken or unsellable items by donating or recycling those items beforehand.

  • Once we get the house cleaned up, then we proceed with the Estate Sale set-up. 

  • We empty all cupboards, closets, and drawers, clean all products, organize, merchandise, and stage the home to create a boutique-style sale.

  • We appraise, price, and itemize all items to be sold.

  • •We photograph and advertise in all markets and distribute the event particulars to our extensive mailing list of buyers and customers
