What’s involved with the Estate Sale Process?

Answer:

No two homes are the same. Some homes have been lived in for decades, and have a lot of accumulation.

We might have to do a clearout, removing trash( broken or unsellable items, donate recycling, etc) beforehand.

Then we proceed with the Estate Sale set-up.

We empty all cupboards, closets, and drawers, clean all products, organize, merchandise, and stage the home to create a boutique-style sale.

We appraise, price, and itemize all items to be sold.

Then we photograph and advertise in all markets and distribute the event particulars to our extensive mailing list.
